Thanksgiving Favorites from Amazon
My online and in-store shopping lately has consisted mainly of items for the house (think Home Goods, every weekend). I've been putting away summer decor and bringing out all things fall this month. Since my favorite holiday is coming up, I put together some of the things I'm buying to help celebrate Thanksgiving.
I don't go overboard when decorating for holidays, but mixing some elements into your regular decor can be fun and help usher in the holiday spirit.
The Old & The New
For the table setting, I like mixing my family pieces from my grandmother and mother with some new decorations. Sometimes what is old can be made fresh with a couple of classic accessories.
Comfy & Cozy
During their holiday visits, guests often relax in living rooms, libraries, and entertainment rooms. Make these rooms cozy by adding a cozy throw and soft pillow with a touch of color.
Elevate Your Welcome
Welcome your loved ones with a beautiful, inviting doorstep. A new wreath and welcome mat, along with pumpkins and colorful mums, tells your guest you're ready for the holiday. When selecting a wreath, go with a dried flower wreath that will connect with other natural elements in your entryway. Add varying-sized pumpkins and colorful mums in a wooden basket, and you're all set!
Subtle Accents
You don't have to go overboard with the Thanksgiving decorations to make an impact. Adding small touches like tiny pumpkins, rustic vases, and colorful foliage create the perfect ambiance.
Play It Up
When friends and families have finished their meal, it's game time. Football isn't the only game in town during Thanksgiving! Add these cute games to your itinerary, and you'll have everyone entertained.
I hope this no-fuss collection makes Thanksgiving decorating easy and beautiful.
